These terms apply to the use of the website ferryfast.gr. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are

2. What Ferryfast is

Ferryfast is an information and comparison platform for ferry routes and prices. We are not a ferry company, we do not operate sailings and we do not issue tickets. Availability search, booking, payment and ticket issuing are carried out by a certified booking partner (online travel agent), to whose website or form you are taken.

The contract of carriage is between you and the ferry company, through the booking partner, and is governed by their terms, which you see and accept when booking.

3. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to keep the information (schedules, times, crossing times, operators, starting prices) correct and up to date. It is, however, indicative: schedules change with the seasons, prices depend on availability, and ferries may be delayed or cancelled, for example because of the weather. The valid time, availability and final price are those shown in the search and in your booking confirmation.

4. Partners and commissions

Ferryfast works with booking partners and affiliate networks. When you complete a booking through a Ferryfast link or form, we may receive a commission from the partner. The commission does not increase the price you pay and does not affect the order in which ferry companies appear on our pages.

5. Changes, cancellations, refunds

Changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by the booking partner and the ferry company, under their terms and the law, including Regulation (EU) No 1177/2010 on the rights of passengers travelling by sea. Ferryfast has no access to bookings and cannot amend them.

6. Third-party links

The website contains links to and content from third parties (booking partners, ferry companies, hotel and car-rental websites). We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, services or privacy policies.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, design, tables and organisation of content on Ferryfast are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, republishing or automated collection (scraping) is not permitted without our written consent. Ferry company trademarks and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ferryfast is not liable for damage arising from schedule changes, delays or cancellations, from the performance of the carriage, or from the services of the booking partner and the ferry companies. These terms do not limit your rights under consumer protection law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer. You may also contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman for out-of-court resolution.
