VolosSkiathosHow to find a cheap ferry ticket
- Conventional instead of high-speed. In the Cyclades the conventional ferry is usually much cheaper — it only costs time.
- Rafina or Lavrio instead of Piraeus. For Andros, Tinos, Mykonos and the western Cyclades the trip is often shorter.
- Book early for July–August. The cheapest seats and garage space sell out first.
- Check discounts. Children, students, large families, island residents.
